Prices quoted are valid for online purchases only.
All transactions are processed in GBP. Your payment provider may apply additional charges.
Customers should check part numbers before ordering to ensure compatibility. Advice is given to the best of our knowledge but cannot guarantee suitability for specific requirements.

Orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.
Out‑of‑stock items will be held as backorders and shipped when available. If unavailable, they will be cancelled and refunded.
The contract is completed upon dispatch unless otherwise notified.
By submitting your order, you consent to us using your personal details for supply purposes (including passing details to couriers).

3. Delivery
We aim to deliver within the indicated timeframe but cannot guarantee exact dates.
Standard services are via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48. Larger items may ship via ParcelForce, UPS, or FedEx.
Items must be inspected upon receipt. Damaged courier deliveries should be signed for as damaged or refused.
Damages must be reported within 24 hours; missing items within 3 days of dispatch.

Consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be returned at your own cost, in as‑new condition, and adequately packed.
Refunds will be issued minus any applicable restocking/inspection fees.
Certain items are exempt (e.g., software, personalized/modified goods, clearance items).
